Q: How do I place an order with you?
A: Click on the “Visit My Store” button, add your selections to your cart and pay securely via PayPal.
Q: What if I live local, can I pick up my order?
A: Although we don’t have an actual store for you to pick up from we can contact one of our local Cobblestone Creek Candle associates to make arrangements for pickup/delivery.
Q: I see your primary shipper is UPS, can I have my order shipped USPS?
A: Yes, USPS is available as an option at checkout. If you would like to request a USPS flat shipping rate for your order just send us an e-mail and we will contact you with the information ASAP. We want to give you the very best shipping rate possible every time.
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A: Absolutely! We love to send our wonderful product to our friends to the North.
Q: I placed my order when can I expect my order?
A: We usually process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt; if there is a problem with your shipment we will contact you and provide a solution.
*If you are local (Ponder,Justin, and Krum area) and would like to arrange a pickup instead please let us know and we will be more than happy to make arrangements.
Place your order through the Store and select Will Call for your shipping option. We will contact you to make pickup arrangments.
